Computer User Support Specialist
T3W Business Solutions, Inc. is a Woman-Owned Small Business with headquarters located in San Diego, CA. It is our mission to help our clients develop strategies to optimize their use of space and resources resulting in maximum benefits; we also deliver quality data and analysis to support our client's daily facility operations, planning, and compliance programs. We are looking for a Computer User Support Specialist in San Diego, California.
**Contingent Upon Contract Award**
Provides technical support to FRCSW users via desktop assistance, troubleshooting, installations, account resolution, and hardware/software support. Addresses customer IT issues, supports system rollouts, maintains workstation stability, and escalates complex problems as needed to system or network teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support for software and hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network, application, and system access problems.
- Install and configure hardware, printers, and authorized software.
- Support account management, password resets, and permissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 3+ years of IT support experience in enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
- DoD 8570 IAT Level I certification (A+ CE or equivalent) preferred.
- Must possess an active Secret Clearance - Required
