You will be instrumental in turning data into actionable insights that will support our continued growth and commitment to excellence.Job Title: Data AnalystEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary: $67,000 - $69,000 USD per annumResponsibilitiesCollecting and interpreting data from various sources, including customer bookings, operational schedules, and financial records.Analysing customer behaviour, service popularity, and booking patterns to identify opportunities for growth and service improvement.Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, staff efficiency, and profitability.Providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.Monitoring operational data to identify inefficiencies in scheduling, supply usage, and staff deployment.Ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all company systems.QualificationsProven experience working as a data analyst or in a related field.Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI).Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and present complex information with clarity and precision.A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Economics is preferred.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
