The Registrar Lead Administrator will support the Operations cell and provide direction to the personnel assigned to Operations. Responsible for registrar coordination and customer support. Performs liaison function between Program Manager, the Customer, Instructors, and support staff.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities***Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.** Performs Registrar tasks using MS Word, Excel, and other systems to include Gemini, Stars and Centrik.* Manages the day-to-day functions and activities of operations to include scheduling of personnel, simulator and flight instructors.* Manages agenda and meeting calendars* Ensures all incoming students have the proper paperwork and student training packets.* Coordinates logistical support for the Dothan Training Center.* Ensures that all student records and reports are processed and recorded in an organized and logical fashion* Produces and maintains all records for the Flight Instructor to include sending the records and form 8710-1 to the FAA.* Creates and maintains databases**Qualifications and Education Requirements*** Willingness to attend an external training on specific use of software.* Minimum of five years of relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted for formal education).* Must have a comprehensive understanding of a flight simulation program to include scheduling and registration functions.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Ability to analyze complex documents.* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.* Must be an enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated with strong work ethic.* Ability to work with minimal supervision.* Ability to work well with others.* Excellent customer service skills and proactive initiative in handling customer service issues* Very detailed oriented.**Security Responsibilities**Must comply with all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures. Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form.
