Commercial Loan Specialist IIDenver - Denver, CO 80202OverviewSalary Range $66,000.00 - $79,000.00 SalaryNature Of PositionThis position will be responsible for supporting community development lending activities that include; oversight of construction loan draw submittals and approvals, Davis Bacon wage determinations and compliance, and primary support for the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) and other Business Finance lending programs.
