AVP, Subscription Compliance — Private Funds (Remote Fridays)

iCapital is seeking a Subscription Document Review AVP to join its Regulatory and Compliance team to review investor subscription materials for private and registered funds. The role ensures completeness and compliance with the Investment Company Act, the Investment Advisers Act, the Securities Act, the Exchange Act, and FINRA rules.
