Salary Pay Range and Other Compensation: $85,000 - $90,000 annually + performance-based incentives
Employment Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
FLSA Status: Exempt

In this role, you will develop meaningful partnerships with school districts and education leaders, helping expand access to programs that support student success and social-emotional growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage strategic relationships with school districts, education leaders, and community partners
• Drive territory growth through proactive outreach, account management, and long-term partnership development
• Manage full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, follow-ups, and closing agreements
• Create and execute strategic account plans to support adoption, retention, and expansion
• Support onboarding and implementation of programs, including coordinating trainings and resources
• Maintain a strong and accurate sales pipeline through CRM tracking and reporting
• Attend conferences, events, and regional meetings to build relationships and generate new opportunities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support client success and program delivery
• Provide ongoing support to partners to ensure long-term engagement and success
• Meet or exceed sales targets while aligning efforts with organizational mission and impact goals
• Deliver regular updates on performance, pipeline activity, and regional strategy Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field required
• 5-7+ years of experience in edtech, education sales, or related field
• Experience working with K-12 school districts or education organizations strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and secure long-term partnerships
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
• Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams Additional Requirements:
• Must reside in or be open to working within a multi-state territory (Florida preferred)
• Ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings, conferences, and events
