Wealth Management Advisor

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and ensure timely, high-quality communication. Review client portfolios and provide recommendations across investments and financial planning. Analyze advanced planning topics including tax-loss harvesting, stock options/restricted stock, wealth transfer and risk management . Review and approve trades and portfolio rebalances . Lead and participate in client meetings, develop agendas, present planning strategies and manage post-meeting action items. Collaborate with Investment, Tax, Estate Planning, and Risk Management teams to develop comprehensive client strategies. Ensure accurate and timely execution of client implementation, including trades, wires and journals . Maintain accurate client planning information and activity within the CRM and Wealth Management Scorecard (WMS) . Train, mentor, and support team members on complex planning and client-service matters. Take ownership of team and firm-wide projects and initiatives. Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in financial planning, wealth management or a related field. Bachelor's degree required. Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments and wealth management. Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple client relationships and competing priorities. Strong attention to detail, professionalism, integrity and a client-first mindset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel . Full-time, in-office position with flexibility.
