Asset Manager

Role: Asset Manager responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning. Ensures accurate inventory, compliance with policies, and resource optimization. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle and conduct asset audits. Verify asset details, locations, and statuses for data accuracy. Review incoming transactions and reconcile assets across accounts. Support local travel and temporary assignments for special projects. Collaborate within a team operating across a wide time window. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma with 11+ years, associate’s with 9+ years, or bachelor’s with 7+ years of experience. Expertise in customer and asset management regulations, policies, and tools. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing tasks. Experience leading teams or process improvements is preferred. Clearance & Physical Requirements Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Ability to remain stationary, operate office equipment, and move equipment weighing over 50 pounds.
