Ongoing coverage, two weeks per month
Monday-Friday two weeks per month. Ideal schedule would be 1st and 3rd week of the month or 2nd and 4th week of the month.
Shift time: 8a-4p
Any call? No
Setting: Outpatient Clinic
Duties: Reading studies of all modalities in addition to diagnostic mammograms with breast biopsies
Required Procedures: Read Mammo, PET and perform breast biopsies
EMR: Cerner
Support Staff: Radiology techs, US techs, other support staff
Credentialing Information: 90-120 days hospital and foundation privileges required. Hospital and Foundation privileges
Submission Requirements
Board Certified/Board Eligible Required
CA Active license Required
Availability at time of name clear (Specific dates and blackout dates required for presentation) Required
Residency Required (Ability to perform diagnostic mammograms and biopsies)
Clean Malpractice Highly Preferred
BLS/ACLS and DEA Required during credentialing
Certification Requirements
