Outdated systems and one-size-fits-all fixes leave families stuck with high bills and little control.About the RoleThe Field Support Technician will travel to customer homes & survey the roof & gather electrical information to be used during the solar design process. The Field associate will use both a drone and manual methods to collect this informationWhat You'll DoTravel to project sites to obtain the necessary information, including electrical data, to complete technical design documents for a solar systemCreate detailed rooftop map layout for solar arrays, including roof layout dimensions and all roof penetrations (pipes, vents, etc.)Develop a positive relationship with customers to establish rapport and to gather facilities assessment data as neededConduct a physical site audit using a drone, auditing tools, including a tablet/phone with apps, measuring devices, and other related equipmentUpload site audit documents and photos to a cloud serverMaintain a current driver's license and a clean driving record to safely operate a company vehicleIdentifies issues on homes that may interfere with our installationsInteracting with homeowners if questions ariseQualificationsBilingual Spanish and English speaking preferredMust have an active and valid driver's license Ability to work on the roof in a physically demanding roleAbility to work in outdoor weather conditions including but not limited to excessive noise, extreme heat, extreme cold, wet environment, and humidityPay & Benefits$20-$25 per hour3+ weeks PTOMedical, Dental, & Vision insuranceVariety of referral programs, additional time off plans, and tuition reimbursement programsPotential Career Growth PlanYour path could look like this: Field Associate | Field Associate Level II* | Field Associate Coordinator* | Field Team Lead* From $43,000/yr | $48,000/yr* | $52,000/yr* | $70,000/yr* Get your foot in the door and branch into other immediate roles in our Fulfillment Operations or Sales Operations!
