An exceptional opportunity is available for an experienced Tech Recruiter;Our client, and storied, top quality professional services organization, is seeking a Technology Recruiter to join their rapidly growing, Tech Talent Acquisition team. After a period of heavy investment in this area, they seek to grow through hiring another strong contributor with a client-advisory mindset, robust broader market knowledge, and the ability to manage full cycle recruiting and executive level client interaction. As part of a supportive small team, and under excellent leadership, this hire will have ample opportunities to be visible and help shape the future function. Our client is seeking close to 8 years of experience, and the ability to handle 20-25 requisitions at various stages, through to offer negotiation and close. The ideal tech recruiting skillset would include experience delivering talent across: Data (engineering), data architecture, cloud engineering, infrastructure on networking side. If you are a full lifecycle recruiter with a focus on technology and a passion for relationship building and client service, this could be an ideal next step in stable, prestigious, and collegial organization. The firm operates on a hybrid model with a 3 day per week in office requirement. In-house corporate experience is required, and time spent in financial or professional services is highly desired.
