Full-Time Physician Assistant — Ambulatory & Occupational Health

PREMISE HEALTH

Premise Health is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant for our Health Center in Joliet, IL. You will conduct physical exams, manage treatment plans, and coordinate care with physicians and teams to support client employees and dependents. The role requires NCCPA certification, ARC-PA accredited education, DEA license, and at least three years of ambulatory/occupational health experience.
