Start Date: 5/4/2026
Contract Length: 13 weeks, ongoing assignment

Shift Details:
\n • 7a–3p
\n • 8‑hour shifts only (ASC schedule; 10s and 12s cannot be accommodated)
\n • Monday–Friday
\n • No call and no weekends

Work Details:
\n • Full‑time coverage needed
\n • 4 ORs
\n • No supervision — must be comfortable working independently
\n • Case mix: cataracts, GI, podiatry, ortho, regional

Practice Setting:
\n • Ambulatory Surgery Center

Requirements:
\n • Active Illinois license required

Credentialing:
\n • Approximately 2 weeks
