We are seeking a Remote General Radiologist to provide dedicated evening coverage for a high-volume imaging service based in Illinois. This opportunity offers a consistent and structured schedule, fully remote flexibility, and a strong support system.
Position Details- Schedule: Sunday through Saturday
- Hours: 2:00 PM - 11:30 PM Central Time
- Coverage: 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year
- Holiday Coverage: Required if it falls within the assigned rotation
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor or Locum arrangement
- CT: 44%
- X-ray: 40%
- Ultrasound: 8%
- MRI: 5%
- Nuclear Medicine/PET: 3%
- Minimum productivity: 82 RVUs per shift
- Estimated annual study volume: 13,776
- High-efficiency workflows with technical support in place
- RPCE platform
- Powerscribe 4.0
- Integrated PACS and RIS
- Remote IT support available during all shifts
- Board Certification in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR or AOBR)
- Active Illinois medical license (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in general diagnostic imaging and cross-sectional studies
- Prior remote reading experience preferred but not required
- 100% remote work-read from anywhere in the U.S.
