Compensation Target Range: $70,304.00/Yr. – $85,000.00/Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10% and an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%. These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi‑annually based on achievement of performance goals and targets. About This Job Axos seeks a highly strategic and driven Senior Marketing Specialist to architect and accelerate full‑funnel marketing efforts for our Commercial Banking division. As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will drive the development and execution of marketing strategies that support our businesses and their goals. Reporting to the VP, Segment Marketing Strategist – Commercial, this is a highly collaborative role that works closely with business stakeholders, marketing partners, and other stakeholders across multiple functions. This role is responsible for both strategic and day‑to‑day marketing execution in support of Axos Commercial Bank. Responsibilities Lead collaboration with relevant stakeholders to develop marketing strategies and ensure marketing efforts align with overall business goals. Project manage Workfront, overseeing campaign execution and fulfilling requests in support of business partners. Maintain ongoing communication with business partners on project progress, updates, and performance. Work with the marketing services team to oversee the development of marketing materials, manage campaigns and projects, and track performance metrics. Develop and manage relationships with external partners and vendors. Analyze market trends and client insights to inform marketing strategies. Develop and manage lead generation, brand awareness, and nurture programs. Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to keep Axos marketing deliverables best‑in‑class, while streamlining operations, processes, and reporting. Review deliverables, including content, design, and other work generated by the Marketing shared services group to ensure brand, messaging, audience, accuracy, consistency, and compliance. Research ideas and best practices for lead generation, search engine optimization, and future marketing campaigns and collateral effectiveness. Improve marketing quality results by evaluating processes, proposing changes, and accelerating speed to market. Gather and analyze market, marketing, and campaign data and translate it into compelling reports. Serve as a business segment champion within Marketing and a marketing champion for the business(es). Coordinate content, messaging, design, and tracking of marketing efforts across paid media, email, print, direct mail, broadcast, website, social, SEO, and other vital channels. Conduct special projects and other business or marketing support as necessary. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree. 4+years’ experience in marketing (client‑side or agency), including project management. Commercial Banking and/or Financial Services marketing experience is preferred. Strong project management skills; experience with Workfront is helpful but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with business executives. Self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and complex processes, and to problem‑solve. Highly organized, analytical, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to prioritize work demands and handle frequently changing priorities and deadlines. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Interaction Studio. Experience developing and deploying account‑based marketing strategies. Efficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio). Employee Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.
