We are inviting experienced recruiters with an entrepreneurial spirit to join us as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. Your Responsibilities

• Manage Full-Cycle Searches from initial discussions to final placements.
• Serve as a Client Liaison, grasping their hiring objectives, challenges, and workplace culture.
• Source Talent Strategically through our bespoke CRM/ATS, your network, and advanced communication tools.
• Utilize Our Platform to oversee candidates, maintain outreach records, automate follow-ups, and remain organized.
• Focus on Permanent Placements that yield enduring value for clients and significant commissions for you.
• Engage in Thought Leadership as we enhance both our brand and yours.
