We are seeking entrepreneurial spirits to join our ranks as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. Your Responsibilities
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting: Oversee the recruitment process from initial conversations to final selections.

- Source Candidates Intelligently: Use our proprietary CRM/ATS alongside your own network and tools to find the best talent.
- Utilize Our Comprehensive Platform: Manage candidates effectively, track outreach, automate follow-ups, and enhance your organizational skills.
- Focus on Permanent Placements: Ensure long-term satisfaction for clients while maximizing your own commission potential.
- Contribute to Our Collective Knowledge: Engage in thought leadership that enhances both our brand and yours.

The Ideal Candidate
- 2–3+ years of agency recruitment or consultative sales experience.
- A firm grasp of the healthcare landscape or a strong willingness to learn.
- Expertise in managing client relationships and negotiating offers.
- Comfortable using ATS/CRM technologies (and we will train you on ours).
- Entrepreneurial mindset eager to create something meaningful for the long haul.
