Your Responsibilities

• Oversee full-cycle recruiting from the initial intake to final closure.
• Serve as a client partner by grasping their staffing needs, challenges, and company culture.
• Strategic sourcing through our proprietary CRM/ATS, tapping into your network, and utilizing tools like our unique communications platform.
• Utilize our platform to manage candidates effectively, monitor outreach, streamline follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Prioritize long-term placements that offer lasting value to clients and substantial commissions for you.
• Engage in thought leadership as we grow both our brand and yours.
