We invite seasoned, entrepreneurial recruiters to join us as Senior Medical Sales & Healthcare Recruiters. This role transcends the traditional desk job; it is your launchpad to success. In this position, you will oversee full-cycle placements while fostering robust client relationships. Our compensation structure, featuring some of the highest commission rates in the industry, means your efforts will be generously rewarded based on the value you bring.

Your Role Includes

• Handling full-cycle searches from initiation to successful closure.
• Serving as a client partner, gaining insight into their hiring requirements, challenges, and company culture.
• Strategically sourcing using our unique CRM/ATS, alongside leveraging your existing relationships and tools such as our proprietary communication platform.
• Utilizing our platform to manage candidates, streamline outreach, automate follow-ups, and maintain organization.
• Focusing on permanent placements that forge lasting value for clients and lucrative commissions for yourself.
• Engaging in thought leadership as we uplift both our brand and your own.

Your Experience

• 2-3+ years of experience in agency recruitment or consultative sales.

• Adept at navigating ATS/CRM systems (training will be provided for our systems).
