Onsite in Irving| Contract-to-Hire

Customer Accounts Representative (Light Collections)

Schedule:

• Mon–Fri: 8 AM–5 PM
• Two late nights (11 AM–8 PM, never Fridays)
• Every other Saturday (8 AM–12 PM)
• One week a month: 7 AM–4 PM + Sat 7 AM–12 PM

Role Highlights:

• Light collections (1–29 days past due)
• Assist customers with payments, card updates, auto‑pay, login issues, etc.
• Heavy collections handled by another team

 

Customer Care Representative

Schedule:

• Mon–Thurs: 8 AM–5 PM Friday - 9-6pm
• One Saturday/month: 8 AM–12 PM

Role Highlights:

• Answer incoming customer calls
• Support with account questions, payment help, and general assistance

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.50/hr.
