W2 only.5+ years of working experience on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and 2+ years with Public Sector Foundation for licensing/permittingExperience in a minimum of two full Salesforce.com lifecycle implementations, In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SalesforceAssess Salesforce.com developer and provide secure, high-performance technical solutions on the Force.com platformImplement technical development solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systemsCustom development experience using advanced structured programming (APEX, Force.com, Java), Salesforce Flow Builder, Visual Flow Pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQLExperience with migrating from Workflow rules/Process builder to Flow builder.Demonstrates successful implementation of Batch Apex, Apex triggers and classes.Understands web services, REST services and other technologies that can be used to transport data in an enterprise environment and interact with Salesforce.comOwnership of all End-to-End technical aspects of a Salesforce.com program: data modelling, data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products like Clariti Basic Gov, Conga etc.CICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Salesforce.com related technology effortsBackup and recovery, data seeding using Own formerly known as OwnBackup.Experience with OmniscriptsExperience using Conga composer for generating documentsIdentification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.Additional Required experience:Azure DevOps 5+ yearsDatabase Architecture Experience- 3+ yearsInfrastructure/Network and Application Support - 2+ yearsAbility to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation.Experience in performing analysis and requirements gathering with customers.Ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seeks optimum solutions.Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.Effective at creating highly complex assignments in a high stress work environment.Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure.
