• Current DE state license is a plus.

Saint Francis Hospital – Wilmington, Delaware

• 146-bed hospital and Level III trauma center.
\n
• A true team Anesthesia model – a lot of CRNA autonomy.
\n
• Case mix includes OB, trauma, outpatient, regional, and ortho.
\n
• Vituity-staffed Emergency Department and hospitalists offer integrated care solutions at this site!

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
