Territory Manager (North Carolina)

Job Description Virtuox is a healthcare information technology company that provides diagnostic tools and services that enable a variety of healthcare organizations and professionals to diagnose and treat diseases through vertically integrated platforms, products and services. The Territory Manager (TM) is responsible for managing and growing an assigned sales territory while serving as a trusted field representative to the medical community. This role acts as an ambassador for the company, driving sales of company services through prospecting, quoting, and closing new business. Once services are sold, TM is responsible for in-servicing and educating accounts, as well as managing and growing existing business. The Territory Manager is expected to consistently document activities and opportunities in accordance with company standard operating procedures. There is no relocation assistance. Achieve revenue goals for service sales and all assigned product lines In-service and educate new and existing accounts Manage all aspects of the assigned territory while meeting or exceeding performance goals Provide daily updates on sales activity, competition, and business opportunities Accurately maintain CRM activity and submit required paperwork in a timely manner Collaborate with Product Managers to generate new business and expand existing accounts Communicate effectively with Customer Experience and internal teams regarding customer needs Complete issue resolution documentation in accordance with company policies Report to management as directed, providing performance insights and territory assessments Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field

• Minimum 2+ years of medical sales experience preferred (Healthcare, Medical, Pharmaceutical is a plus)
• 4+ years of total sales experience with demonstrated success
• Strong computer proficiency, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Customer Focus: Builds trusted relationships and prioritizes customer needs
