National Strategic Sourcing Manager (Washington DC-Baltimore Area)

I'm partnering with a well-established national homebuilder to identify a talented National Strategic Sourcing Manager for a high-impact corporate leadership opportunity.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys driving enterprise-wide sourcing strategy, building strong supplier partnerships, and influencing procurement decisions across multiple operating divisions.

What You'll Do:

• Lead national and regional strategic sourcing initiatives
• Negotiate and manage supplier agreements with manufacturers, distributors, and subcontractors
• Develop sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, and supply chain performance
• Partner with operational leaders to implement sourcing initiatives across multiple divisions
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to drive continuous improvement
• Manage rebate programs, supplier incentives, and contract renewals
• Serve as a key liaison between corporate leadership and field operations

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 5–10 years of strategic sourcing experience
• Required: Experience with a regional or national homebuilder
• Strong contract negotiation and supplier relationship management experience
• Ability to influence stakeholders across a multi-division organization
