Role SummaryThe Director, Corporate Strategy will bring at least eight years of professional experience with progressive responsibility, including significant experience at a leading strategy consulting firm or within a high-performing corporate strategy organization. Experience serving asset management, wealth management, investment services, or broader financial services clients is strongly preferred. The successful candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable strategic recommendations.This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping shape enterprise strategy, evaluate growth opportunities, and drive critical business initiatives. They will bring a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive dynamics, client needs, distribution models, product strategies, and emerging opportunities across the asset management landscape. The individual will synthesize data from multiple sources, develop compelling insights, and communicate recommendations clearly and confidently to executive stakeholders.Experience supporting enterprise transformation, growth strategy, operating model design, market expansion, product innovation, or major strategic programs within asset management or financial services is highly desired. The successful candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of the forces shaping the investment management industry and the ability to translate those insights into actionable business strategies.QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND -8+ years of total relevant work experienceExperience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or a leading corporate strategy function with progressive responsibilitiesDemonstrated success advising C-suite and senior executives on strategic business decisionsExperience leading complex, cross-functional projects and managing multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExceptional problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analytical skillsAbility to structure ambiguous business issues and develop actionable recommendationsStrong executive communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsExperience driving enterprise transformation, growth initiatives, operating model redesign, or strategic planning effortsStrong commercial acumen and understanding of business performance driversPreferred:Experience within asset management, wealth management, financial services, or fintechMBA from a leading programExperience supporting board-level or executive committee discussionsExperience leading strategic initiatives through implementation and change managementFINRA RequirementsFINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.Work FlexibilityThis role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.Base Salary RangesPlease review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity.$159,000.00 - $272,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers$175,000.00 - $299,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and InclusionAt T.
