The role supervises the HR team and acts as a strategic partner to leadership, focusing on employee relations, investigations, compliance, and employment law. You will lead investigations, ensure regulatory compliance, support talent processes, and use HR data to guide decisions. Monday–Friday, 1st shift, in Santa Clara County.
