Bilingual Resident Advocate - Shelter & Crisis Support

The Bridge is hiring a Resident Advocate to provide direct services in a 100-bed emergency shelter for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and homelessness. The role is full-time, 36 hours per week, with a Fri/Sat/Sun 7am–7pm schedule and a $33,696 annual salary. You will conduct initial resident intakes, educate on shelter guidelines, maintain safety, and support daily operations, including meal counts and bed database updates.
