The Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Hotline Advocate to deliver crisis intervention, information and referrals via a 24-hour hotline and live chat. You will manage shelter bed data, compile reports, and support staff with crisis intervention training. Requirements include a degree preferred or equivalent experience, bilingual Spanish/English if applicable, and the ability to work a rotating schedule including overnights and weekends. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Bridge Over Troubled Waters, Inc.
