Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Are you a friendly, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Customer Relations Specialist (CRS) to be the welcoming face of our clinic and a key part of our integrated care team. As a CRS, you'll greet patients, manage check‑in and check‑out for appointments (including primary care, dental, behavioral health, and specialists), verify insurance and demographic information, and collect co‑pays. You’ll also support day‑to‑day clinic operations to ensure things run smoothly and efficiently.
