Treasury Analyst

We are a fast-growing logistics and supply chain solutions provider, operating across North America and Latin America. We specialize in cross-border e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, and freight coordination. Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cashier / Treasury Assistant to support daily cash operations across multiple U.S. entities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate cash handling, payment processing, and financial coordination with internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced logistics and cross-border environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Cash & Payment Management Process daily payments including ACH, wire transfers, checks, and online payments Monitor bank accounts across multiple U.S. entities (LLCs) Ensure sufficient cash balance for payroll, vendors, and operational expenses Maintain accurate records of all cash transactions 2. Accounts Payable Support Review and process vendor invoices for payment Coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to verify charges Track payment schedules and ensure timely disbursement Assist in resolving discrepancies with vendors Perform daily / weekly bank reconciliations Investigate and resolve unmatched transactions Prepare cash reports and summaries for management Support month-end closing activities 4. Internal Coordination Work closely with Finance, HR, and Operations teams Support payroll funding and related cash preparation Coordinate with external accountants / payroll providers Assist in setting up new bank accounts or payment tools if needed 5. Compliance & Controls Follow internal financial controls and approval processes Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance Ensure all payments are properly authorized Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in cashier, treasury, or accounting support roles Familiar with U.S. banking systems (ACH, wire, checks) Proficient in Excel and basic accounting tools Experience in logistics, e-commerce, or cross-border business Experience handling multi-entity or multi-bank accounts Familiar with QuickBooks / NetSuite or similar systems Bilingual (English + Chinese or Spanish) is a plus Ability to handle confidential financial information #J-18808-Ljbffr FLOW-X
