In our Knowledge Management, you act as a trusted partner to project and pitch teams globally by delivering tailored, high-quality insights and analyses that directly influence project outcomes and business development. Your contributions help teams make better-informed decisions and strengthen Inverto’s impact with clients. Knowledge and AI-driven ways of working. You actively shape how knowledge is created, accessed, and applied across the organization. By identifying knowledge gaps, promoting AI-enabled use cases, and improving knowledge quality and accessibility, you help make ways of working more efficient,s calable, and future-ready. Collaboration across the firm. Working closely with Practice Areas, Centers of Excellence, and project teams across offices, you contribute to the continuous development of Inverto’s knowledge ecosystem. You also support and train consulting teams in using knowledge and AI tools, helping to embed best practices across the organization. WHAT YOU'LL BRING. You have a degree in Business, Information Management, or a comparable field,and bring3–5 years of experience i n knowledge management, research, or consulting support. You combine strong analytical and research capabilities with the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights . You are confident working with digital knowledge tools and AI-supported workflows , communicate effectively withdiverse stakeholder s, and are comfortableowning tasks end-to-end. You thrive in dynamic environments, adapt quickly to change ,and contribute to a collaborative, values-driven culture.
