You will identify promising growth initiatives through market assessments and develop plans to ensure their successful execution.We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight.Passion for our mission and vision is required!Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Lead market research assessments and conduct detailed data analysis to guide investment decisions and product design.Develop business cases, estimates for market sizing, and pricing strategy for existing and new products.Amplify the voice of the customer throughout technical product development and convey product value proposition to customers.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve robust long-term strategic advantages and short-term sales wins.Advise on organic and inorganic growth initiatives, including investment thesis formulation and M&A deal diligence.Represent Blue Origin externally at events, conferences, and customer meetings.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, government, or related field.A minimum of 7 years of management consulting, corporate strategy experience or a combination of management consulting and additional strategy work experience.Proven understanding of the national security space industry’s customer and competitor dynamics.Detailed market research, data analysis, and quantitative economic and financial modeling experience.Comfort applying analytical business frameworks to address ambiguous problems.Experience in strategy formulation, to include consulting, product development, or investing.Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills.Comfort in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:Active government security clearance TS/SCI.Familiarity with U.S. budgeting, appropriations, and contracting processes particularly for government space agencies (i.e., Space Systems Command, Space Development Agency, Defense Innovation Unit, Air Force Research Laboratory).Experience maturing sophisticated technical products from initial formulation concept through to successful customer sales.Experience driving end-to-end inorganic growth strategy from identifying an acquisition target through due diligence, valuation, and successful integration.Base Pay Range for:VA applicants is $145,188.00 - $203,263.20WA applicants is $145,188.00 - $203,263.20Other site ranges may differCulture StatementDon’t meet all desired requirements?
