Multi-Line Representative – Experienced Insurance Sales

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Multi-Line Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in a fully remote role. This position is specifically for someone with at least 2 years of successful sales experience working for a State Farm agent and a proven history of selling auto, home, life, and health insurance. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who understands the State Farm agency environment, can work independently, and has a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

What You'll Do

• Sell auto, home, life, health, and other insurance products
• Work company-provided leads and opportunities within our existing customer base
• Conduct needs-based insurance reviews
• Make outbound calls and consistently follow up with prospects
• Quote coverage and present insurance recommendations
• Cross-sell multiple product lines
• Overcome objections, ask for the sale, and close new business
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly production goals

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience working for a State Farm agent
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Successful experience selling auto, home, life, and health insurance
• Current Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
• Strong understanding of State Farm products, systems, and sales processes
• Confident selling by phone and virtually
• Strong closing, cross-selling, and objection-handling skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, organized, and accountable
• Able to produce consistently while working remotely

Compensation & Benefits

• $50,000–$60,000 base salary, based on experience and production history
• Expected total compensation of $80,000–$110,000+
• Performance-based commissions and bonuses

This is a fully remote position. You must be able to independently manage your activity, pipeline, follow-up, and production while communicating consistently with the team. We provide the tools, opportunities, support, and accountability structure. We are looking for an experienced producer who can take ownership of their results.
