Job Summary

Join a high-performing Surgical Services team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse and make a direct impact on patient outcomes in a busy Level II Trauma Center. This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide variety of surgical specialties, advanced technology, and a collaborative interdisciplinary team. Ideal candidates are experienced OR nurses who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Active Kansas RN License required
• Registered Nurse Diploma, ADN, or BSN required
• Minimum 1 year of recent OR RN experience required
• Scrub and Circulating experience required
• Acute Care nursing experience required
• Strong critical thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced surgical environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive pay up to $46.00 per hour based on experience
• Night Shift Differential: $4.00 per hour

Schedule :

• Day Shift: Five 8-Hour Shifts (Start Time: 6:45 AM)
• Night Shift: Three 12-Hour Shifts (Start Time: 7:00 PM)
• Self-Scheduling Available
• Schedule Posted Four Weeks in Advance
