This is your opportunity to contribute to the world around you, to add real value to our customers, and to help us deliver solutions that will have a lasting impact. You will be installing, inspecting and servicing Fire and Life Safety product lines that include fire extinguishers, emergency lights, pre-engineered kitchen hood fire suppression systems, paint booth fire suppression systems and vehicle fire suppression systems. How you will do it Complete ALL tasks while adhering to company Safety Policies Utilizing Apps and Microsoft applications with ease Accurately discern and document deficiencies found during an inspection Inform customers of deficiencies and required or recommended upgrades confidently and intelligently Make repairs and/or upgrades while on-site Professionally always represent the company while performing quality service and inspections Maintain proper stock of equipment, parts, and supplies Perform all DOT required safety practices paperwork Complete all paperwork in a professional manner Attend all required training and/or meetings Perform other duties as directed Up-sell and cross-sell new product offerings and services to existing customers consistently What we look for Required High School Diploma or Equivalent Must be Tech-savvy and have the skill sets to learn new apps and use them throughout your day Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals Have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements Capable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 50 pounds Must be willing to work at heights Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends to meet customer requirements. Participate in a scheduled On-Call rotation Willing to travel with extended stay out of town from time to time Able to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing ladders, scaffolding, and high lift equipment up to 40 feet, working within ducts, crawl spaces, above ceilings, etc. Must be willing to pass background check Preferred 2 years of experience with pre-engineered fire suppression and vehicle fire suppression systems, but not required Self-starter that can work with little to no supervision Hiring Hourly Range HIRING HOURLY RANGE: $25.38 - $34.90 hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
