Role Description The Sales & Project Management Associate – 3D Printing is a full-time, on-site role based in Newark, NJ. This position manages incoming customer inquiries, prepares quotes, and follows up to convert leads into projects, while maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the sales cycle. The associate coordinates project timelines, tracks production status, and ensures that job requirements are accurately communicated to the production team. The role also involves monitoring order quality and delivery schedules, resolving issues promptly, and contributing to process improvements that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

• Relevant education or experience in business, engineering, design, or a related field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site in a fast-paced, production-focused setting.
