Veeva Support Lead (Configuration, Administration, Veeva Certified, ITIL) in Madison, NJ

Title: Veeva support lead

Location : Madison, NJ

Rate: $50 per hour on 1099 or corp to corp

Experience: 7+ yrs

Duration: 6+ months

SKILLS: Veeva Support, Veeva Configuration, Veeva Administration, Veeva Certified, ITIL, Salesforce Support, Salesforce Certifications

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1) Veeva Configuration & Administration

2) Salesforce Configuration

3) Ability to work hands on Veeva changes, Salesforce changes(Configuration, VF Page, Apex Class, Trigger etc.)

4) Support Knowledge (Salesforce or Veeva)

5) At least 1-2 Salesforce Certification

Job Description:

--Veeva Support Lead will be responsible for performing hands on development/enhancement as well as manage the overall Veeva Support Delivery.

--Veeva Support Lead will be responsible to co-ordinate with Customer stakeholders as well as co-ordinate with offshore team.

--Veeva Support Lead will be responsibel for Significant enhancement/release work along with Ticket based BAU support;

--Veeva Support Lead is expected to be the onshore lead and Point of Contact for this support engagement.

Secondary Skills:

1) Veeva Certification

2) Support Lead Experience

3) ITIL training and certification
