Oracle Cloud HCM Program Manager

StarTechs Inc.

We are looking for an experienced Cloud HCM Program Manager to lead and manage large-scale Cloud HCM initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong program management experience across HCM transformation, implementation, integration, and enterprise HR technology programs.This is a long-term opportunity with a remote work arrangement and occasional travel to Atlanta, GA as required.10+ years of experience in IT Program/Project Management.Strong experience managing Cloud HCM programs or large-scale HCM transformation initiativesExperience managing complex, enterprise-level programs with multiple workstreams.Strong understanding of HCM implementation lifecycle, integrations, data migration, testing, and deployment.Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Strong experience with program governance, risk management, issue resolution, and vendor management.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to travel occasionally to Atlanta, GAPreferredExperience with Oracle Cloud HCM, Workday, or other major Cloud HCM platformsExperience with enterprise HR transformation programs.PMP, PgMP, or similar program/project management certification is a plus.Experience working with distributed/global teams.J-18808-Ljbffr StarTechs Inc.
