Your Impact On Our Telemetry Team As a Registered Nurse on our Telemetry Medical-Surgical Unit, you’ll be a vital guardian of our patients' cardiac and overall health. You’ll apply specialized skills and compassion every day to: Master Telemetry Monitoring: Assess and interpret cardiac rhythms, recognize and respond to changes in patient condition. Work Agreement Shift type/Length: Varies Weekend/Holiday Rotation: Every other or every 3rd as schedule allows On-call Expectations: none Job Requirements What We're Looking For (Your Essential Qualifications!) Education: A nursing degree from an approved school of nursing. BSN preferred – we champion advanced learning! Licensure: Current license to practice registered nursing in North Dakota or a compact state. Experience: While new grads are welcome, we’re especially seeking RNs with at least two (2) years of clinical experience in Telemetry, Med-Surg, or a related acute care specialty. Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or obtained shortly after hire). ACLS preferred or obtained within 6-12 months. Essential Skills: A keen eye for cardiac rhythms, strong critical thinking, exceptional communication, adaptability to fluctuating patient needs, and a commitment to patient safety.
