Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time
Post Acute Center at Autumn Lake
Baltimore, MD
$33–$38/hour

Ultimate Therapy is hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about helping residents regain confidence, improve function, and maximize independence through individualized therapy care.

What You'll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents with daily living skills, functional mobility, upper extremity activities, and adaptive techniques
• Support residents through therapeutic activities designed to improve independence and safety
• Communicate resident progress and treatment updates with the rehab team
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

• Active COTA license required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
