Position Overview We are seeking an experienced HR Benefits Consultant to support our annual Open Enrollment process and provide HR operational support as needed. This individual will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of Open Enrollment while serving as a liaison between employees, HR, and our benefits broker The ideal candidate will have strong benefits administration experience, exceptional organizational skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and experience working with Employee Navigator or similar benefits administration platfor

- tus.Generate reports and analyze enrollment data to ensure timely completion of enrollment objecti

- ngs.Learn and administer Employee Navigator, including employee record maintena

- rts.Partner with Exude (Benefits Broker) to test and validate Employee Navigator functionality and enrollment proces
- ses.Assist employees with benefit-related questions throughout the enrollment per

- tions5+ years of benefits administration, HR, or benefits consulting experi
- ence.Experience supporting Open Enrollment processes requ
- ired.Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary bene
- fits.Experience with Employee Navigator prefe
- rred.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills requ
