SAP Functional Analyst I

The SAP Functional Analyst is responsible for assisting in the design, implementation, configuration, and support of Field applications using SAP as a back end. This role will primarily focus on the SAP modules SD, MM, and PS, providing support to end‑users and assisting with basic troubleshooting. What You’ll Do Develop Requirements: Communicate with business operations to conceptualize solutions and capture detailed requirements. System Configuration: Assist in the configuration and setting up of SAP modules to meet business requirements. End‑User Support: Provide first‑level support to end‑users for SAP Field related issues, such as eDPR config Time Entry, and related processes. Documentation: Create and maintain documentation related to SAP Field configurations, processes, and user guides. Testing: Assist in testing SAP field processes and configurations, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. Data Management: Assist with data entry, data migration, and data maintenance within the SAP SD, MM, and PS modules. Training: Provide basic training to end‑users and help them understand how to use the SAP SD, MM and PS modules effectively in support of Field operations. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve basic SAP Field issues or upscale more complex issues to Level 2 or Level 3 consultants. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including other SAP modules like MM, HR, FI/CO to ensure smooth business processes. Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements and enhancements in the SAP Field solutions to optimize business operations. Perform other responsibilities as requested by leadership. What You’ll Have Experience in the operations of Centuri Field or back‑office operations. Basic understanding of existing field module concepts and processes. Familiarity with SAP ERP and its integration with other modules. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues. A bachelor's degree in a related field (business, IT, etc.) is preferred. Basic knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Willing to learn and adapt to changes in technology and business processes.
