Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement using Salesforce. Assist with the design and solution around new Salesforce instances. Work with Salesforce administrators, consultants, and developers to implement solutions. Create and maintain documentation, including user stories, process maps, and functional specifications. Provide training and support to end-users on new Salesforce features and functionalities. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
