Senior Associate, People Analytics

To support a growing organization, the full-time Senior Associate, People Analytics will design and optimize hiring systems, conduct data analysis to inform hiring strategies, and build dashboards for executive decision-making in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Translate talent and business questions into analysis, including performance trends and capacity modeling Build and maintain dashboards and reporting for executive leaders and talent teams Conduct hands-on data analysis using SQL and BI tools to generate insights that influence hiring strategy Required qualifications 2-5+ years in an analytical, operations, or business strategy role, preferably from consulting firms Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL, BI tools (Looker, Tableau), and Excel/Sheets Experience working with Talent systems and a systems-thinking approach to workflows Curiosity and high judgment with the ability to clarify ambiguous problems A builder's mindset, demonstrating resourcefulness and clarity in complex situations
