We’re looking for a Project Manager in Charlotte, NC to coordinate projects from initial planning through to completion, keeping priorities clear and work moving forward.

You’ll work with different teams to organize schedules, monitor progress, manage project documentation, and address issues before they become bigger problems. This role is suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving practical challenges, and bringing structure to projects with multiple moving parts.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities from planning through execution and completion.
• Develop project schedules, timelines, milestones, and action plans.
• Work with team members to clarify responsibilities, priorities, and deadlines.
• Monitor progress against project plans and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document key decisions.
• Maintain project records, reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate updates, changes, and potential delays to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, operational issues, and potential delivery challenges.
• Coordinate resources and help ensure teams have the information needed to complete their work.
• Track project deliverables and confirm that agreed requirements are being met.
• Support budget tracking, expense records, and resource planning where required.
• Manage changes to project schedules, requirements, and priorities.
• Coordinate communication between departments to keep activities aligned.
• Prepare status reports and progress updates for management.
• Identify opportunities to improve project workflows and delivery processes.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate, organized, and accessible.

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Confidence coordinating with different teams and stakeholders.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets, presentations, and project management software.
• Ability to track progress, identify potential issues, and follow through on actions.
• Professional approach to handling project information and changing requirements.
• Previous experience in project coordination, operations, administration, or project management is beneficial.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Relevant project management training or certification is a plus.

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, during regular business hours
