Territory Manager - Oncology Products

Our BD Interventional team focuses on life-enhancing devices for surgical and critical care interventions, and our Peripheral Intervention unit delivers products for treating vascular disease, cancer detection, and renal care. We are seeking a Territory Manager to represent our Oncology product line, driving sales growth through consultative selling, in-service training, and strong customer relationships. As a Territory Manager, you will represent Oncology products for the Kansas City Territory. You will sell the entire product line to current and new accounts.

• Advises customers of new and pricing, backorders, and company policies.
• Executes comprehensive in-service of products.
• Develops detailed knowledge of all products and clinical data.
• Informs Regional Manager of significant market changes and competitive activity.
• Completes and processes BD Peripheral Intervention reports including but not limited to: sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established procedures and policies.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Management or related area (Preferred)
• Two to three years outside sales experience or equivalency

Additional Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

• Detailed understanding of needs/analysis selling
• Understands contract administration
