PhD Senior Director, Quantitative Generative AI Finance

Lead the strategy and execution of AI-powered financial products that transform credit workflows using generative AI.
Partner with engineering, AI, and product teams to define the future of enterprise AI solutions for financial institutions.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Scalata's generative AI platform
- Conduct user research and collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for AI-driven financial workflows
- Work closely with Engineering, AI/ML, UX, and Data teams to translate customer needs into product specifications
- Oversee frontend platform development, product specifications, and customer use cases
- Establish product quality standards and performance metrics for AI-powered features
- Monitor product adoption, user engagement, and customer satisfaction using key performance indicators
- Drive alignment across Product, CTO, Engineering, and Data teams to deliver user-centric solutions
- Help shape the future of AI adoption across financial institutions through innovative product leadership
What we’re looking for
- PhD or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
- Experience delivering complex generative AI solutions within financial services, consulting, or Big Four environments
- 5+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software or AI-driven products
- Experience implementing products within Databricks environments
- Strong understanding of financial markets, credit workflows, and enterprise financial systems
- Knowledge of generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing technologies
- Experience with Python or R, SQL, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
