Overview The world of golf at Royal Oaks Country Club began in 2000, when former World Number One and Masters Champion Fred Couples broke ground with Brian Curley to design and create the Fred Couples Signature Golf Course. The new chapter began in November 2025 with a 15-million-dollar wall to wall renovation featuring Beau Welling Design( ). The golf course will reopen November of 2026. We are looking for a complimentary piece to our management team to help us train new staff and manage the operation. This position will work directly with the 1st Assistant to enhance the outside operations team and has an incredible oppurtunity to build it from the ground up. Experience Required High School Graduate (required) Enrolled in the PGA program or has the desire to be enrolled. Ambition to move up within the golf industry Basic knowledge of daily golf course operations, USGA rules, handicap, course rating system, mechanics and techniques of golf swing, and general game of golf Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Must be detail oriented and able to manage competing priorities and multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment Tournament Operations Essential Responsibilities Provide the Highest Level of Service to the ROCC Membership and their guests Ability to work effectively in a team environment Assist 1st Assistant in elevating Outside Operations Help manage new and existing staff Inventory Control Have knowledge of merchandise and develop selling skills Be willing to learn, take direction, and develop skills Practice and play the game with members of different groups Benefits PGA Education reimbursement Access to the Oaks Performance Center featuring Trackman and high speed cameras Paid tournament expenses Paid PGA Merchandise Show access including lodging and meals Paid vacation after 90 Days of employment Standard Benefits Package 401k Percentage Match PGA Dues #J-18808-Ljbffr Twice
