Print Sales Executive

Overview We are seeking an experienced , dynamic and driven Commercial Print Sales Executive (B2B) to spearhead our business development efforts within the commercial printing industry. This role is perfect for an experienced and motivated print sales professional with a proven record of building their book of business that results in sales, fostering strong relationships, and delivering tailored print solutions to business clients. As a key player on our sales team, you will leverage your print sales expertise in outside sales, account management, generate new leads, upsell services, and ensure customer satisfaction. Your proactive approach and technical sales acumen will help us grow our market presence while providing exceptional service to our clients. Duties Independently build a book of business - first year $500k - $1m. Drive new business growth through targeted outside sales efforts, including cold calling and lead generation. Manage existing accounts by nurturing relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the benefits of our print solutions tailored to client needs. Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize market penetration and sales opportunities. Utilize Zoho CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients that align with company goals. Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate qualified B2B leads. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and offering solutions that meet their print requirements. Engage in inside sales activities, including follow-up calls and virtual consultations to support the sales pipeline. Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities and client interactions for reporting purposes. Qualifications Must have experience - minimum of 2 years successful B2B print sales solutions. Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a focus on print . Strong management skills with the ability to lead negotiations and close deals effectively. Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and account management within a competitive environment. Familiarity with CRM software for tracking sales activities. Excellent communication skills and talent for building lasting client relationships. Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to B2B environments and territory management techniques. Analysis skills to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop actionable plans for growth. Ability to perform cold calling and direct sales activities confidently while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts and territories efficiently.
