Client Overview Our client, a manufacturer of well-known products, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temp-to-hire basis. Salary/Hourly Rate $22/hr Position Overview The Customer Service Representative will communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat to answer questions, process, orders, and provide customer updates. The hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and require 3 days a week onsite in NJ. Responsibilities Of The Customer Service Representative
- The Customer Service Representative will manage an email inbox for the department, managing the queue and responding to requests.
- Answer inbound calls, process orders, and provide assistance to customers.
- Utilize the ERP system to investigate orders and provide documentation.
- Work closely with the Sales team.
- At least 1 year of office experience, specifically working with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with customers, de-escalating situations, and providing white-glove service.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech-savvy, able to toggle between multiple screens.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
- Associate's degree is preferred.
